Don't go by the negative reviews . They've paid very less and have expected a hilton or hyatt out of it. For the money its pretty cheap. 24/7 electricity with good water facilities ,neat and clean. Room service and reception were also quite good..Even the complimentary breakfast was tummy full. On the whole a very good budget hotel ,highly recommended for long stays. I booked this place for my parents and am glad I did.

The service is very hospitable and courteous by the staff, the hotel's location is in on Mount road (heart of the city) and the best are the rates. When I asked how to find my way in Chennai, someone of the hotel guided me on the street, lended me a map of Chennai, and the next day I was offered to borrow a Lonely planet of the hotel. Amazing! I never have been treated in a more friendly way in a hotel in India.
